About Us- What makes us different?

At Pawzitively perfect grooming we specialize in the specific needs of our clients and take the necessary measures to ensure a positive grooming experience for all our dogs. We also believe in educating our clients on how to take care of their dogs individual needs.

We use positive reinforcement methods to ensure that our grooming is fun and not scary. We take dogs who may have fears of the groomer, behavioral issues or if your dog just needs a little extra time and attention for whatever the reason may be.

Pricing

Prices- All dogs are different, that is why we use personalized grooming for each dog based on, coat, size, breed, coat condition and over all behavior.

Pawzitively Perfect Grooming Appointment Policy

How appointments work:

I only take one dog at a time or multiple dogs if they are from the same family. Appointments are spaced out with enough time for your pup to be dropped off, groomed and for you to pick them up. IF you are running late for you scheduled appointments time, that causes me to run late. Pushing into other client’s appointment times. If you are more then 10 minutes late for dropping off your pup your appointment may be canceled or If I am able to take your dog(s) late, there will be a $10 late fee applied to the total cost of your groom. I will send a text or will call 30 mins before your dog is ready. The expectation is for someone to be there to pick them up at the end of that 30min time period, unless other arrangements have been made prior to drop off. IF you are not there within the 30 min window & have not had a conversation with Jennifer, you will be charged a “Pet sitting” fee of $10 for every 5mins you are late picking up. The “Pet sitting” fee will be added to the total cost of the groom.

Cancellation Policy:

I require a 24-hour notice for any appointment cancellations. Failure to provide this notice will result in a $35 cancellation fee. In the case of a dog’s health or emergency, some exceptions may apply. If you miss an appointment without notifying us, you will be charged the $35 no-show fee. This fee must be paid before scheduling any future appointments for your pet.

No-Show & Missed Appointment Policy:

Clients who have multiple no-shows or missed appointments will be required to pay a $50 fee for the missed appointments. Additionally, pre-payment for a full grooming session will be required before scheduling any future appointments.

Health & Safety

Rabies Vaccination Requirement:

All pets must be current on their Rabies vaccination, as it is required by law. Proof of vaccination is mandatory. While vaccinations for parvo, lepto, and Bordetella are recommended, they are not required. We understand that individuals may have different views on vaccinations. If your pet has a medical condition that prevents it from receiving the rabies vaccine, please contact your veterinarian, and we will need to verify this information prior to your appointment.

Health & Safety

We prioritize the health and safety of your pet. If your pet shows signs of illness or is in distress, we may suggest rescheduling or postponing the grooming appointment to ensure the well-being of your pet.
If your pet has special needs, please let us know in advance so we can tailor the grooming process to their specific needs
